Anyone who has ever tried to lose weight has gotten this advice. Of course, we all know that it's not that easy. We exercise until our heart is about to burst, and we try to eat vegetables and fruits until they're coming out of our ears. We get frustrated, slack off, and give up. Our dreams of having that V-shaped or Coke bottle shaped body are shattered ... then we turn to a personal trainer. This Greek goddess or god says that for a small fee of $50.00 a session or $300.00 a month, he or she can give us the body beautiful. A small fee!? Bull!!!!! Who has the cash to pay an extra $300.00 or more a month? If we paid by the session, how many sessions could we afford? These dilemmas have plagued us for ages.

Well, forget a personal trainer! Here at Semper Fitness, we have decided to bring the information straight to you. We intend to give you the answers, explanations, and secrets of the professionals.
